MerryHeight Systems Nigeria proposes to develop, finance, own and operate a gas-fired Independent Power Plant (IPP) to meet THE PROSPECTIVE COMPANY power demands. We would organize and deploy the following equipment:

1. Coordinate with our gas engines partners for the supply of 4MVA(3.3MW) Gas Engine Equipment installed at THE PROSPECTIVE COMPANY premises
2. Coordinate with our natural gas suppliers to deploy LNG on Wheels with regasification systems installed on-site to produce natural gas.
3. Ensure a working synchronization Switchgear Cabin and Synchronization Panel for Power Control, Metering and Protection.
4. Planned and closely follow an effective maintenance policy for unbroken system delivery.
5. Ensure and effective customer relationship and harmonisation between all parties of the project.

We would guarantee power supply by entering into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), governed by a service level agreement (SLA) that ensures we provide your members cost-effective, quality, reliable and safe power supply

It is important to have a sized transformer installed in the site for stabilization of distributed energy to THE COMPANY.
